When is Your Utility Bill Due?

Your City of Shasta Lake utility bill is mailed monthly and is due in 20 days. If the balance is unpaid in 20 days, the City will send a 15 day past due notice indicating the last date and time to contact the City for an extension to the payment terms without being assessed a late payment penalty. Failure to obtain an extension will subject your account to a late payment penalty.

Trouble Paying Your Utility Bill on Time?

If you are unable to make payment, you will need to contact the City for payment arrangements at 1650 Stanton Drive, (530) 275-7400 . A customer service representative can grant you an additional 7 days extension on the payment terms without question. If you fail to obtain an extension prior to the date indicated on the 15 day notice, you will be assessed a late payment penalty and a 48 hour door tag will be placed at your residence.
